Large manufacturing company in Westmead with a staff compliment of between 500-700 wage earners, require an IR/ HR Generalist in the factory, who will be responsible for all recruitment; disciplinaries and CCMA cases; coordinating training & development; liaising with unions; leave administration and ensuring the integrity of the wage hours. Applicants must have their matric and some formal training in HR/IR and at least 3-5 years experience in a similar environment. Applicants must be fluent in isiZulu. Preference to Affirmative Action.
