Mark completed his degree through UKZN, achieving membership to the prestigious Golden Key International Honours Society for academic performance throughout his degree, and then went on to do his Post Graduate Degree, serve articles and register with SAIPA as a Professional Accountant in 2018. After completing articles, Mark entered the corporate business world as a Financial Accountant, and has worked his way into a Senior Group Financial Accountant currently, leading a team of 5 staff in the preparation of financial statements and management accounts, in addition to dealing with SARS and statutory returns and being the lead financial accountant on external audits. Unfortunately due to a restructure within the group, his position is likely to become redundant and fall away, and he is looking for greater stability and growth in his career.
