Kirsten started RESOURCE recruitment in 2003 with the intention of providing employers and job seekers with a personal, intelligent, personnel service - which she has not lost sight of over the last 20 years. Kirsten is passionate about people and helping them realize their full potential.
Stephanie has a Degree in Communication Science & loves using her communication skills across multiple platforms to source job applicants, conducting in-depth interviews & compiling comprehensive CV’s, to ensure that her candidates are well-represented, & her clients have all the facts.
Megan recently completed studying her BCom in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, via distance learning; and is passionate about the impact that correct recruitment and placement of a company’s human capital can make on the lives of both the employer & employee.
Melinda is our marketing intern, who currently is studying the second year of her BCom Supply Chain Management, working half day at RESOURCE recruitment, managing our very busy social media accounts and WhatsApp Database.

Our offices are open plan with a hub of activity and our interview rooms are private and homely.
Over the past 15 years, we have seen recruitment change drastically, from the days of advertising in newspapers to using the internet to find suitable job seekers. We pride ourselves in constantly staying ahead, using the latest in technology and trends, and always thinking out of the box to find the best possible candidate for the job!
Over the past ten years RESOURCE recruitment has developed an email database of over 20 000 active job seekers. When we receive a new job specification from a client, we send out an email advert called a “Vacancy Alert” to our job seekers. Within minutes, potential job seekers receive these adverts in their inbox. The position advertised may not be suitable for them, but they will forward the advert onto friends or colleagues, so the reach is actually far greater than 20 000. This method of advertising is successful and has attracted far more diverse applicants when compared to other mediums of recruitment advertising.
We have also embraced social media and e-recruitment, using Facebook, Twitter as well as LinkedIn extensively in the search for the best possible candidates for our clients. We are constantly looking for new and unique ways to attract new job seekers onto our database!
