Kirsten founded RESOURCE Recruitment in 2002 to offer a personal, intelligent recruitment service. With over 20 years of experience, she’s passionate about people and helping them reach their full potential through meaningful career opportunities.
Stephanie
With a degree in Communication Science, Stephanie brings energy and insight to every placement. She loves connecting with people, digging deep in interviews, and ensuring both clients and candidates are fully informed and well-represented.
Megan
Megan holds a BCom in Industrial & Organisational Psychology and supports every step of the hiring process. From background checks to interview prep, she ensures smooth communication and a great experience for both clients and candidates.
Melinda
Melinda joined us during her studies and now manages our job ads, social media, and website updates. Currently completing her Honours in Supply Chain, she ensures our clients’ vacancies get maximum exposure across all platforms and relevant industry channels.
