A Chemical Company in the Pinetown area is recruiting for a Laboratory Technician. Applicants should have a Diploma in Analytical Chemistry or BSC Chemistry and 3-5 years of working experience in the chemical manufacturing industry. Duties will include daily validation of laboratory equipment and updating the calibration records, monitoring chemical processes, and testing products as part of quality assurance. This role involves working in a chemical lab, research & development, dealing with ISO9001 systems and ISO audits, and ensuring the lab complies with both ISO and HSE Standards. Valid driver’s license and reliable transport (Minimum Code 8) and knowledge of ISO9001 are essential.
