Fleet Management company is recruiting for a Technician to their Engineering team, providing remote technical support for technicians in the field. Applicants will be required to analyze product performance data to resolve issues quickly and effectively and serve as subject-matter experts for all levels of staff, providing systems support/feedback. Applicants should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, and have minimum matric and minimum of their A+ qualification. The Supervisor will be responsible for the Technical Support Services (TSS) Department, ensuring that tasks are met by the team, and issues are escalated to the manager. Additional duties will include testing of the Website / ERP on a weekly basis, assist with analysing data and reporting, and conduct quality control audits on all technical repairs / new installations using the ERP system. MySQL knowledge would be an advantage. Preference will be given to candidates from the surrounding areas who are available immediately.
