National Technology Company is recruiting for a  Personal Assistant to the CEO and Managing Director. This role requires exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks. The ideal candidate will work closely with the CEO to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and contribute to the efficient management of the CEO’s professional and personal commitments.  Applicants should have proven experience as an Executive Assistant, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools, and preference will be given to applicants with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.  Duties will include diary management, management of internal and external communication, and preparing reports, presentations, and documents as needed; in addition to travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for business trips.  Applicants will also be required to handle personal tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing household staff, personal errands, and coordinating family-related events or schedules as requested.  The successful applicant will be required to travel nationally, and on occasion attend meetings on behalf of the CEO.
