The role will involve troubleshooting, user training, and ensuring the ERP system is aligned with the company’s strategic goals; as well as maintaining system documentation, performing regular system audits, and staying updated with the latest ERP technologies and trends. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related; a minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP system analysis and implementation and be proficient in ERP Software such as Dovetail, SQL, and database management.
