Technician required for the installation, maintenance, testing, and servicing of fire detection systems and gas suppression systems in compliance with SAQCC regulations. Duties will include installing, inspecting, testing, diagnosing and repairing, and maintaining fire detection systems (e.g., smoke detectors, alarm systems) and gas suppression systems (e.g., FM200, CO2, inert gas systems). Applicants must be a SAQCC Fire Detection and Gas Suppression commissioner, have a minimum of 3 years, knowledge of relevant national standards (e.g., SANS 10139, SANS 14520) and SAQCC regulations.
