Experienced Bar Manager required for top Durban Hotel.  Applicants should have at least 3 years experience as a Bar Manager, have worked on Micros, has excellent written and spoken English, and is able to work shifts including late nights and weekends.  The successful applicant will also be required to have experience in stock taking, and a related Hotel School qualification would be an advantage.
