Thabo holds a Diploma in Textile Technology and an Advanced Diploma in Quality. He began his journey with his current employer as an intern and has steadily worked his way up. For the past four years, he has been part of the quality control department, serving as a team leader for the last three. He’s responsible for conducting first off, in progress, and last off inspections; writing quality defect reports with corrective and preventative actions; investigating customer complaints, inspecting incoming raw materials; and monitoring and maintaining SPC and MSA. He is also involved in conducting physical and supplier audits, writing test methods according to the relevant standard, and issuing certificates of conformance. Due to the recent implementation of short-time at his company, Thabo is now seeking a more stable opportunity. With his strong background, proven experience, and reliable work ethic, he would be a valuable asset to any team.
