11 Jun Debt Collection Clerk – Gillitts, Hillcrest, KZN- R8 000 – R10 000
Technical company based in the Upper Highway Area (Outer West) of KZN, are recruiting for a debt collector who has their matric/ equivalent, at least 2 years of experience in debt collection, is an excellent communicator and negotiator, and proficient in computer applications. This customer service orientated individual will be responsible for daily outbound calls to follow up on overdue accounts and propose customised payment solutions to recover outstanding debts, dealing with any queries that may arise and work towards collection targets. Preference will be given to applicants who reside in the surrounding areas, and have worked in a similar, outbound debtors collection environment. This is not a call centre/ shift position.
