Hillcrest Accounting Firm are recruiting for an Assistant to support the practise manager in an accounting firm to manage clients SARS profiles, debtors, statutory and CIPC support. Applicants should have 2-5 years accounting firm experience and preference will be given to applicants with a related qualification or studying towards one. Duties will include managing and navigating SARS e-filing profile updates and transfers; CIPC submissions and Company Registrations, deregistration and company changes; Statutory support (maintain share register, issue share certificates and beneficial ownership submissions); Debtors control, and BEE affidavits and confirmation letters for clients. Salary negotiable to candidates that have experience with Personal income tax submissions. Experience working on Sage One (Pastel), eFiling and Easy File an advantage.
