Brandon has over 8 years’ experience in an IT technician and Customer Service role working for an IT company. He has both his N+, A+ and Window Server Administration Fundamentals certifications. Some of his experience includes running full diagnostics, fault finding, troubleshooting, maintenance, repairs and setting up of networks. He also has experience working in counter sales, doing client visits, ordering parts, liaising with suppliers and warranty controlling. Brandon is currently the senior technician at his current company and highly values going the extra mile for his clients ensuring a consistent high standard of customer service. Brandon is passionate about IT and continuing to broaden his experience and knowledge. He also has his own car and is happy to travel.
