Tracy has just relocated back to the Durban Area, and is keen to start working as soon as possible! After school, she studied bookkeeping, and started working in accounts, but soon found herself in the payroll department, and has been there ever since! She has over ten years working on large payrolls with over 1250 on her payrolls, and some of the payrolls with complicated commissions and salary structures. In her most recent position she had 4 staff reporting to her, paying 2000 staff and reporting into the Financial Manager. Tracy has done the full function from processing wages, to employee benefits and SARS submissions and reconciliations. Although HR is not her specialty, she has attended disciplinary and CCMA cases for the company; recruitment; training coordination and generating and filing of all HR related administration. Tracy has worked with MS Excel (formulas and pivot tables), VIP Premier, Sage 300, Integrity and various other related systems
