An opportunity exists within a well-established software development company to train and support clients on the software for an individual who has prior experience in a frontline team and ideally experience in tourism. Applicants should have strong software application knowledge, excellent spoken and written English, a sense of urgency to meet SLA’s, be passionate about customer service, and have strong admin skills. Duties will include frontline product support, escalating queries, allocating tickets to correct departments/consultants, and handling product queries.
