Customer Support Administrator – Waterfall – R10-12 000

Well established manufacturer of personal care products in Waterfall is seeking a Customer Support Administrator to enhance their customer satisfaction. Applications should have 2-3 years in a similar position, responding to inquiries across various platforms (WhatsApp, social media, email, live chat), e-commerce online shopping assistance, content creation, and addressing customer complaints/ questions. The successful applicant will be responsible for creating and posting content online and informing customers about product releases, identifying trends, assisting customers with pricing, and gathering customer feedback. Preference will be given to applicants from the area with their own transportation.
