This is not a standard PA/ Secretarial/ Administration position.  Only applicants that have a tertiary qualification, have worked at an executive level, live in the surrounding areas with their own vehicles and ideally have experience in a professional industry (legal, finance, etc) will be considered.  Duties will include supporting the director with daily administration, calendar management, travel schedules, project coordination, delivering presentations, answering calls, etc. in addition to assisting them with reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analysing information; and coordinating projects by capturing timelines and strategies and delivering progress updates.  Applicants must be proficient in minute taking, tech savvy and highly computer literate.  A legal or finance background would be highly advantageous for this role.
