The successful applicant will be required to check the foyer and residents’ lounge daily to ensure it is neat, ensure there are room service menus & brochures available, that there are fresh flowers and front-line staff are well presented at all times. The Guest Services Manager is involved in various other departments such as the restaurant, reservations, assisting with group bookings and ensuring that VIP guests receive the appropriate attention.
