Healthcare Administrator- Kloof, Durban- R25-30 000

Our client, a large Independent Brokerage in Kloof (Durban), is looking for a dynamic person to join their company in the financial services industry as a Healthcare Administrator.

Applicants should have experience in administrative or client support roles within the insurance

Industry.  Responsibilities will include the administration and product support to a portfolio of healthcare clients with Medical Aid, Gap Cover, and Employee Wellness products; by obtaining quotations, checking new applications, assisting with queries, member movements and amendment,s and annual reports for clients.  In addition to having experience in the medical aid and health insurance industry, applicants should have a recognized industry qualification (e.g. RE5 or relevant tertiary qualification), a good understanding of medical benefits, relevant legislation and compliance thereof and experience with online submissions to scheme administrators.
