SA Branch of an International Engineering Group are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to provide accounting and administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and company finances. Responsibilities include managing schedules, handling correspondence, maintaining records, coordinating meetings, and supporting department operations. Applicants must be familiar with import documentation, tariffs and procedures, and plan and manage overseas payment schedule. In addition to general Office Management/ PA duties, applicants should also have a sound knowledge of Debtors, Creditors & Cost Management (collections, customer queries, credits, credit card and expense management, reviewing credit application forms and opening new client accounts on SAP).  Applicants should have their own transport, experience working on an ERP system similar to SAP, and at least 5 years of experience dealing with Imports in a fast paced environment, including debtors and foreign creditors.
