Jeremy has a variety of CompTIA-accredited courses and over 10 years of experience as a Tier 2 Remote  Support Technician, working for local and international companies, supporting clients both locally and internationally.  He is very experienced with Office 365 administration, creating new accounts, groups, and shared accounts, managing licenses, and secureness, in addition to working with Windows and Server Operating Systems, WatchGuard, and various other firewalls and backup systems.  Jeremy is currently working remotely for an American company and is looking for an office-based, hybrid, or technician position where he can build relationships with his colleagues and clients here in South Africa, and worked South African hours.
