Joy has gained some good experience in HR and payroll over the past few years. She has worked on Sage 300 and has an advanced knowledge of MS Excel. She started off doing a Diploma in Management Science majoring in Human Resource Management, she then went on and did an Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management and her Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and is going to complete her master’s this year in HR. She loves studying and has a passion for people and HR. During her last internship, she did the full payroll function for approximately 260 employees from calculating overtime, and employee benefits, dealing with payroll queries, and adding and terminating employees from the payroll. She also got some exposure to HR, implementing policies and procedures, handling disciplinary matters, attending CCMA cases, onboarding new employees, and handling ER issues for line managers and associates. Joy is a lovely, bubbly, and very intelligent young lady. She interviews very well and is ready to secure a permanent position and use all her skills. She is available immediately and has her driver’s license and own car.
