She started her career as a Project Administrator for a research company in the Automotive Sector, before moving as a PA to Directors in the construction industry. For the past 7 ½ years she has held the position of HR/ Office Management/ Executive Assistant for an international company based in Morningside (Durban), and would ideally like to secure a position closer to home, in the Upper Highway Area. Carol is experienced in HR Administration (payroll preparation, POPI, BEE, recruitment and onboarding, employee wellness, training and general policy and personal file management), as well as being the Executive Assistant to the CEO and CFO.
