Allan has a Bachelor of Commerce in Information and Technology Management and a Diploma in E-Commerce. He also has various other certificates including SQL tips and his RE5. He is currently in a Production Support Analyst role where he handles tickets and performs root cause analysis of production issues to determine underlying causes, collaborates with developers, business analysts, and database administrators to find the best solution, and updating and creating reports. He has great experience in the insurance industry and really enjoys being in the IT side of the company. His dream is to get more into the software side of things as that is where his passion lies. He is a lovely, bubbly, and friendly candidate who I would imagine has excellent customer service. Allan is worth interviewing.
