For the past three years she has been working as the manager of a department on the ship, where she was responsible for marketing and promotions to ensure that sales targets were met, bookings of appointments, supervision of 30 staff and consultants across various disciplines, daily reports and administration, up-selling, dealing with client complaints and nurturing client relationships, as well as stock and inventory management.
