Manufacturing company in the automotive industry are recruiting for a Mechanical/ Sheet Metal Draughtsman who is able to prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings for sheet metal components and mechanical assemblies, generate fabrication and assembly drawings, work closely with the design and production teams, revise drawings , and ensure drawings meet relevant industry and quality standards at all times. Applicants should have proven experience as a draughtsman in the mechanical and sheet metal industry, be proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Fusion 360, be able to interpret engineering specifications and translate them into production-ready drawings, and a relevant diploma or technical qualification would be an advantage.
