He brings extensive experience as a Team Leader/ Supervisor in the manufacturing industry. Over the past seven years, he has held team leader and supervisory roles, overseeing teams of 12 to 21 employees. His responsibilities have included reviewing daily production plans, addressing queries, ensuring hourly targets are met, managing stock levels, signing off on daily machinery checks, handling disciplinary matters, and calculating overtime and leave. Njabulo is computer literate, proficient in GTAP, and has had training on Syspro. He has a thirty-day notice period.
