Our client who specializes in the hospitality and lodging services, is recruiting for an Operations Manager who will be responsible for day-to-day management of the business’s operations. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in project management or operations management, +5 Years Experience in operations management, understanding of general finance and budgeting; excellent problem-solving, leadership and organizational abilities, the ability to create and implement new policies and procedures to increase efficiency, and in-depth knowledge of data analysis software packages. Duties will include improving operational management systems, processes and best practices; manage and coordinate teams, implementing HR policies, liaising with finance and monitoring company profitability, managing procurement and resource allocation, quality control, staff management and other related duties.
