Paul studied his BTech in Information Technology, graduating seven years ago, and immediately securing a position as an IT Technical Support Specialist for a national group of companies. Over the years, Paul has gained extensive experience in MS Office; VPN and remote dial in; installing and supporting a variety of hardware and software; various Windows operating systems and apps/ tools; and VoIP phone systems. He has worked a great deal with Syspro, Syspro Expresso and other plugs ins to the systems and has run with the roll out of various projects, such as the Syspro Point of Sale and barcode scanning systems. Working with 350 users, has taught Paul patience and excellent interpersonal skills. He has a relaxed, easy going personality; which along with his sense of urgency and passion for what he does- makes his excellent in a Support Role. Paul has his drivers license and own car, is a non smoker and available immediately.
