A national manufacturing company is recruiting for a Procurement Administrator who will be responsible for managing and overseeing procurement functions, inventory control, and supplier negotiations. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, experience in supplier management, and a keen eye for optimising stock levels to improve service delivery and reduce excess inventory.  A Diploma / Degree in Procurement or Supply Chain Management and experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is highly advantageous. Duties will include supplier sourcing, negotiating pricing, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers, placing and tracking orders, receipting of stock into the system, inventory control monitoring stock rotation and expiry dates, forecasting and planning, cost control, and general administration and reporting duties.  Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and their own vehicle, 3- 5 years of related supply chain experience, and experience working on an ERP System (Syspro an advantage).
