25 May Hayley- Accounts/ Office Administrator- R16000
Hayley is one of those rare employees who is passionate about her work and approaches her job each day with an attitude of getting things done. She is not afraid of tackling any project, and over the past few years, has grown her current role as a administrator and receptionist, to incorporating all processing of debtors, creditors and cashbook on Pastel; ordering, capturing and distributing stock to branches, and monthly stock takes; fleet administration for 5 trucks (licensing, change of ownership, etc); basic HR and manual wages; and PA to the owner of the business. Unfortunately, her company was badly affected by the looting last year and she has been advised to look for alternative employment. Hayley has her own car, lives in Cato Ridge, and is looking for a position between Pietermaritzburg and Hillcrest.
