Shelley is a lovely candidate with a passion for credit control!  She has worked for two companies in the past 12 years, both within a credit control role, and currently deals with a huge debtors book with over 600 accounts, with a multi-million rand value.  She deals with the full function, from age analysis, collections, allocations from the bank statements, and handing over to the legal department when needed; in addition to meeting with sales representatives and clients in person to resolve queries and ensure that issues are resolved as quickly and professionally as possible.  Shelley is a lovely, professional candidate who must be interviewed to be appreciated.
