Trish has her BCom HR & Supply Chain qualification and eight years of experience as an HR Generalist within the automotive and transport industry.  Although her experience is board, having held a generalist role which covered the full recruitment cycle, payroll time & attendance, IOD submissions, implementing policies, reporting to exco and various department of labor reports and audits; her passion lies in IR and communication.  Trisha has worked with Bargaining Councils and Unions; and traveled nationally across South Africa between sites.  She has her driver’s license and own car, and is available to start immediately- both permanently and on contract.
