Thando matriculated in 2020, and studied full time through University of KZN, completing her BCom Accounting in 3 years. She then secured a two year graduate internship and in a Payroll Department, and immediately fell in love with payroll, paying for herself to study a Certificate in Payroll Administration and a Payroll Processing Certificate, before her internship ended. She then secured a position with a large National Retail Group, paying over 600 staff monthly, across over 70 retail stores. She is experienced in end to end payroll, both wages and monthly payroll, and has a good knowledge of the Basic Conditions of Employment. She is very computer literate, having an advanced knowledge of MS Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation), payroll software such as Sage300 People and PaySpace, and Jarrison Time and ESS. Amy matriculated in 2023 and holds a Cruise Ship Photography qualification, completed a 14-Day Filmmaking Content Creator Course, and is currently completing a Social Media Marketing Course. She has developed strong interpersonal, communication, and client-service skills through her experience as a waitress and as an Au Pair and House Assistant in the Netherlands. She has also gained social media management and administrative experience through her part-time business as a photographer and freelancing as a Social Media Manager for a few clients. In these roles, she was responsible for managing Instagram and Facebook business accounts, managing client communications and enquiries, creating content, assisting with marketing strategies, and producing product photography. She is computer literate and proficient in MS Office, Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, and Premier Pro. Amy recently relocated from Cape Town, is available immediately, and is eager to gain further administrative and marketing experience. Shay matriculated in 2019 and went on to do her N2 and N3 in Mechanical Engineering, along with ETDP SETA-accredited Facilitator and Assessor certifications. She then completed her Mechanical Fitter Trade Test in 2024. Having completed her apprenticeship at an engineering company, her strong technical aptitude and precision led them to calling her back and offered her a CNC Operator position upon qualifying. In this position, she gained hands-on experience setting and operating CNC turning and milling machinery, interpreting technical drawings, and maintaining strict dimensional quality control. During her apprenticeship, she also gained practical mechanical fitting experience, including the stripping, assembly, and overhaul of gearboxes, pumps, couplings, bearings, and conveyor systems. Shay is available immediately and lives in the Upper Highway area. She is passionate about all things mechanical and is eager to secure a permanent, long-term position where she can continue developing her technical skills and growing her career.

Lynn is an experienced Human Resources, Fleet, and Operations Administrator with a good background in payroll, employee relations, office administration, and cross-border logistics management. She is highly computer literate and is proficient on MS Office, Sage Pastel Payroll, Labournet Payroll, Beyond Attendance, Xero, and Bidtrack. Lynn began her career in retail management and floor supervision, handling front-end operations, cash office administration, staff supervision, and customer relations. For the past nine years, she has worked for a refractory company in HR and Fleet/Logistics Operations. Her HR responsibilities include processing payroll for up to 150 employees, managing timesheets, leading recruitment, onboarding, and induction, managing B-BBEE and Skills Development administration, conducting disciplinary hearings, preparing CCMA documentation, and serving as the company's POPIA-trained Information Officer. On the fleet and logistics side, Lynn manages vehicle maintenance, servicing, insurance claims, and driver scheduling for trucks, trailers, and machinery, while coordinating international transport logistics and cross-border permits across South Africa, Zimbabwe, Swaziland, and Bahrain. After completing his matric with subjects such as Motor Mechanics, Technical Drawing, Physical Sciences and Pure Maths, Nkosi went on to study his N2- N4 in Mechanical Engineering, and although he completed his qualifications, it was not where his interests truly lay, and he went on to study his BCom Supply Chain & Operations Management (2021) and in May 2026 Graduated with his Honours in Logistics Management. For the past five years he has been working for the South African branch of an International Manufacturing company, as a Warehouse Administrator. His duties were varied, working to ISO9001 standards, and included receiving and checking all raw materials, capturing onto SAP, monitoring stock levels and liaising with the planning department, issuing stock to production, and capturing finished stock back onto the system. The position involves working across several warehouses, extensive stock takes, and multi-tasking to ensure the smooth running of the warehouse. The company closed their South Africa plant earlier this year, so Nkosi is available to start immediately. Nkosi has his Driver’s License (code 10), PDP and a valid Forklift License.
