Jade is a bright and creative Interior Design graduate who recently completed her Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design. Since completing Matric in 2021, she has consistently worked in customer-facing roles while studying. Most recently, she completed an internship as a Junior Product Designer, where she was responsible for creating retail display concepts from client briefs, producing both 2D and 3D visualisations, and working closely with the design team to develop creative solutions. Jade is proficient in a wide range of design software, including Revit, SketchUp, and Cinema 4D. She comes across as professional, enthusiastic and eager to continue developing her career within a creative, design-focused environment where she can contribute ideas while expanding her practical experience. Tianna matriculated in 2021 and has since built a good foundation in accounting and administration. She has gained well-rounded, end-to-end accounting experience across the hospitality, property, and accounting services sectors. She began her career at an accounting firm, where she was responsible for data capturing, tenant invoicing, and SARS compliance, including VAT and PAYE submissions. For the past three years, she has been employed as an Accounts Clerk within the hospitality industry, where her responsibilities include bank and merchant reconciliations, preparing management accounts, processing supplier payments, payroll administration, and providing general operational and administrative support. Tianna is highly computer literate with advanced Excel skills, and experience working on Sage One, Simply Accounting, QuickBooks, and Sage Pastel Payroll.

Jessie is a lovely junior candidate, who is focused on her career and looking for growth. She worked for 6 years in the Transport and Logistics Industry, first in sales administration, and then as an operations clerk, while studying her BCom Financial Management, which she completed in 2022. For the past 3 years she has been employed by a manufacturing company, responsible for the debtors, creditors, petty cash, and stock administration (raw materials and finished products). The company outsources their cashbook, month end accounts, VAT and payroll to external accountants, so there is limited growth for her, and she is looking to move to a company where she can be mentored by an Accounts Manager and exposed to other aspects of accounting. Jessie has her driver’s license, is available in two weeks and happy to work in the Greater Durban and Highway Areas.

Richard has a very unusual career history, which provides him with a varied and interesting skill set. After completing a 3-year Diploma in IT, Richard secured a position in Foreign Exchange with a bank, then moved on to real estate, selling commercial property for a further 4 years, before deciding that although he loved interacting with businesspeople, his true passion lay in dealing with numbers. He then began studying for his BCom in Accounting (he is due to write his final exam next week), and was offered SAIPA articles, working for an accounting firm for the next 3 years, before moving on to his current employer, where he holds an all-round Operations and Accounts position for a wholesaler. His current position has exposed him to general HR and HR administration for about 50 staff, basic IT, and bookkeeping to trial balance, including checking and supervising the debtors and creditors departments. Richard is passionate about his career and always goes the extra mile, getting involved wherever required. Richard has his driver's license and own car and is open to all opportunities in the accounts or operations field. He currently resides in the Upper Highway area and will look at positions from R22 000 in the surrounding areas, or R25 000+ depending on travelling.

Thandi is a skilled creative graphic designer and content creator who holds a National Diploma in Integrated Multimedia, as well as a Google Fundamentals of Digital Marketing certificate. She has good end-to-end experience in visual branding and digital strategy across both corporate and agency environments. She currently works for a furniture and appliance retailer, where she designs digital, social, and print-ready marketing materials. In addition, she is involved in social media and email marketing, including analytics tracking and reporting. Thandi is proficient across a range of platforms, including Adobe Creative Cloud suite, Canva, and Mailchimp. She currently has a two-week notice period and is eager to bring her creative direction and skills to a new department. She currently lives in Port Shepstone but has family in the greater Durban and Highway area that she could stay with.
