Chemical Manufacturing company are recruiting for a Manufacturing Manager in their New Germany Plant.  The successful applicant will be responsible for the safe, efficient day-to-day operation of the production plant, including manufacturing, quality control, maintenance, and health & safety. The role is accountable for planning and delivering production output to meet demand, leading and developing the production team, maintaining equipment and facilities, and driving continuous improvement in cost, quality, and service levels. Responsibilities also include annual budget planning and execution, operational reporting, and supporting capital projects and site improvements. The successful candidate will have at least 7 years’ relevant manufacturing leadership experience and a demonstrated track record of applying best-practice production and people-management methods.
