Job Description
A well-established accounting firm in Hillcrest is seeking a Junior Practice/ Office Manager to support the day-to-day running of the office. The successful candidate will coordinate workflow, assist Management and Bookkeepers with administrative tasks (including statutory submissions), and provide general reception and office management support in a structured, fast-paced environment. This role requires someone highly organised, reliable, and comfortable working across both administrative and basic finance functions. Applicants must have their matric, a related qualification would be advantageous. Experience in an accounting, bookkeeping, or finance environment, with exposure to payroll systems is preferred. This position is available to start immediately or on the 1st of August 2026.
