Job Description

Marketing company supplying custom-made marketing and point-of-sale items for large local and international clients, requires a sales coordinator who has a proven track record of multitasking, working to deadlines, is highly numerate and has a passion for providing excellent customer service.  Applicants must have a minimum of Matric (with Higher Grade/ Pure Maths and ideally Accounts), five years of experience, and their own car.  The duties include receiving enquiries, costing and generating quotes, processing orders and generating proforma invoices, managing the entire sales/ manufacturing process from quotation to dispatch, and keeping the customer informed at all times.  Preference will be given to candidates who are available immediately and live in the Upper Highway Area.
