Job Description
National company in Pinetown require an Inventory / Dispatch Administrator to coordinate and manage the dispatch process for all deliveries in collaboration with their third-party logistics provider. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely preparation of trip sheets, delivery notes, and invoices using the Syspro system. Duties include verifying sales and purchase orders, optimizing routes while adhering to legal tonnage limits, liaising with transporters and sales administrators, monitoring the dispatch progress, and running DOTIF reports. Applicants must have their matric, 3 years' experience in a similar role, and a valid driver's license and their own car. Syspro or similar ERP system experience is essential.
