Job Description

Our client in the Pinetown area is seeking a Dispatch Supervisor to oversee all long-haul dispatch operations. Applicants should have 3-5 years of warehousing experience and 2-3 years’ experience in a supervisory position. Responsibilities include leading a team of Storeman and checkers to accurately pick and load goods while coordinating with third-party logistics providers to secure vehicles and meet delivery timelines. Duties will also include enforcing strict safety compliance, conducting safety briefings, tracking performance, and resolving stock discrepancies. Previous experience working on Syspro or a similar ERP system is essential. Applicants must have a valid forklift license. Preference will be given to candidates who have knowledge of hazardous goods handling.
