International Group are recruiting for an Export Sales Administrator who will be responsible for the full order cycle for RSA exports, including budgeting; order processing including all credit and bank checks are completed in order to release orders, liaising with customers, suppliers, contractors and agents, and processing Letters of Credit; processing invoices for payment; inventory management, and reporting.  Export duties will include arranging bookings with shipping lines and keeping internal tracking systems up to date; issuing container releases to service providers; providing all shipping lines with full allocated container packing lists, submitting shipping and export instructions; update all customers and agents; and processing of customer claims and post arrival issues. Minimum 5 years required in a similar role.
