The ideal candidate should have experience working on industrial machinery, including tasks such as removing and replacing bearings, working with hydraulics, and have a basic understanding of electrical systems. Experience with CNC or laser cutting machines would be an advantage. Electrical distributors in Hillcrest are seeking a reliable, hands-on all-rounder to assist with administration, filing, order taking, internal and counter sales, stock picking, receiving goods, occasional deliveries and general workshop duties, including drilling, cutting and assembly. Candidates must be practical, organised and willing to assist where needed. A valid driver’s licence and own vehicle are essential, and applicants must live in the surrounding Upper Highway area. The position starts on 4 January 2027 on a 3-month contract, with the possibility of permanent employment based on performance.
