National company based in Pinetown are recruiting for an Administrator to the Export Sales Manager. The successful applicant will support the manager by processing customer sales orders, generating invoices, credit notes, and delivery documentation, extensively liaising with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and queries, supporting the sales team with internal administrative duties, assisting with export documentation and processes (commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, etc.), coordinating with warehouse, logistics, and finance departments, and other adhoc administrative duties. Applicants should have 2 years’ experience in social media, digital marketing or content creation, with strong photography, videography, and editing skills, and experience using Canva and CapCut. Applicants should ideally live in the surrounding areas, and must be comfortable interacting with clients, guests, and staff while creating content. A related qualification is advantageous.
