Job Description
Upper Highway Medical Practice requires the services of a Front Office Coordinator who has at least 5 years of experience in a Medical Practice, at least two of which should be dealing with medical billings, credit control and dealing with medical Aids. Duties will include submitting and reconciling medical aid claims daily, liaising telephonically with medical aids, doctor’s rooms and hospital case managers, and debt collection. Additional duties will include office management, diary management, reception, client liaison, and coordinating the activities of several medical practitioners. Applicants should have experience working on Medical Software such as Elixir, Vericlaim, etc and knowledge of coding (procedure and ICD-10) . Preference will be given to applicants from the Upper Highway Area who have their own transport and are available immediately.
