Job Description

National Retailer of Personal Care Products is recruiting for a Multimedia Designer to serve as the internal creative production engine. The successful candidate will create high-converting ads, social media reels, and website graphics designed to grab attention and drive sales. Duties will include creating ads, creating and editing reels/TikTok videos, sharing content across various social platforms, modernising the brand's digital look, designing new product packaging, and providing secondary support for social media scheduling and community management. Applicants must have 2-4 years experience in a multimedia design role, be highly proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), as well as Canva, and have a good understanding of Meta ad formats. Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in an e-commerce, DTC, retail, or agency environment.
