Job Description

Manufacturing company in Westmead are recruiting for a Design Technician to produce accurate 2D and 3D mechanical drawings and design models in line with project requirements; assist with the design, development, and refinement of new and existing products; manage assigned tasks and projects from initial concept through to completion; and is able to work independently, problem solving and supporting new product development.  Applicants should have at least 2-5 years of experience in mechanical drawing and design (both 2D and 3D design), and a basic knowledge of production quality systems.  A Mechanical Engineering qualification, Mechanical Trade certification and tube bending experience would be an advantage.  Working hours are Monday to Thursday 6am- 6pm.
