As Upholstery Line Manager the successful applicant will be responsible for managing the full operation of an upholstery production line, supervising all activities contributing to line output, workflow, and product quality. They will lead a cross-functional team to ensure production targets are met on time, to spec, and to the highest standard. Applicants must have prior supervisory experience in a similar environment, along with a solid understanding of line production, time-and-motion principles, and just-in-time manufacturing.
