Job Description

The Accounts Data Processing Manager is responsible for supporting accurate, timely, and controlled administration across supplier invoice processing, order management, accounts administration, Cietrade updates, payment-status tracking, stock records, and routine reconciliation preparation. The role supports the smooth running of administrative, operational, sales, financial, and management processes by improving the reliability of information used across the business. Applicants should have 3 to 5 years in Accounting, logistics administration, import/export support, or a similar high-volume administrative environment; strong MS Excel skills (including pivots) and a high level of proficiency with computer and data reporting systems. Related qualifications and accounting/ reporting experience from a manufacturing or shipping or import/export company would be advantageous.
