Marketing agency in Westville is seeking an Account Manager to join their team. Applicants must hold a relevant degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, and have a minimum of two years of experience in account management, project coordination, or a client-facing agency role. Duties include day-to-day client communication, converting client requests into briefs, planning and coordinating the internal team’s workflow to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time, maintaining deadlines, providing feedback to the team, and upselling where possible based on the clients’ needs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and be comfortable using project management and reporting tools. Preference will be given to applicants who live in the surrounding area and have their own car.
