Job Description

This HR and Payroll Administrator function consists of end-to-end payroll for three companies (approx. 150 employees). You will be required to handle the full payroll function and make all the necessary changes to the payroll system to process payroll. You will also be required to liaise with different levels of management and staff to attend to payroll matters, in addition to assisting in the HR Department.  Applicants must have at least 2-3 years experience in end-to-end payroll, with experience working on Sage300 People and a time and attendance system (Beyond Attendance is an advantage). Ideally, candidates should also have their own vehicle.

Duties include managing the debtors’ book from invoicing and payment allocations through to account reconciliations, following up on outstanding payments, handling debtor queries and resolving account discrepancies, as well as processing and managing insurance claims. Applicants must have Matric, and ideally a relevant accounting or finance qualification, together with 3–5 years’ experience managing the full debtors’ function. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and their own vehicle and should ideally reside in Botha’s Hill or the surrounding Upper Highway areas.
